The 人力资源合作伙伴 are a team of dedicated employees serving as liaisons between HRIC 和 the various academic 和 non-academic divisional units within the University. In consultation with divisional leaders, they provide guidance 和 support on HR matters related to talent management, including workforce planning, 招聘, 加载, 和更多的. Additionally, the 人力资源合作伙伴 are available to assist all DU employees in underst和ing University policies 和 the collective bargaining agreement, as well as in addressing a variety of work 和 performance related matters.

- Consulting for managers 和 employees regarding job performance 和 workplace concerns
- Policy interpretation 和 application
- Guidance on workplace issues
- Assistance with exit interviews
